These simulators have been used in several countries (Canada, USA, Ecuador, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, India, the UK, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Syria, and China), training thousands of physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals in point-of-care cranial ultrasound and neonatal EEG set up and interpretation. The simulators are integrated into our Sonographic Clinical Assessment and Neonatal Neuro-Critical Care training programs in Calgary where we train our fellows, residents, and nurses.
